This policy explains what information the Shown Space app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Shown Space provides Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) stats and analytics.
Information we collect
If you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name. When you use the app we store the teams you follow and your notification preferences so we can tailor your experience. We do not ask for or store payment card details in the app.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the app's features — signing you in, showing the teams and stats you follow, sending the notifications you opt into, and responding to support requests. We use aggregated, de-identified usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve it.
Analytics
We use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which screens are viewed and which features are used) to improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.
Push notifications
If you enable notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver them. OneSignal receives a device identifier so it can send messages to your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
Data storage and third parties
Account and preference data is stored with Supabase, our backend and authentication provider. We share data with service providers (Supabase, PostHog, OneSignal) only as needed to operate the app, and they are bound to protect it.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your display name, change the teams you follow, and adjust notification preferences at any time. You can delete your account and associated data from the Account screen; deletion is permanent.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new 'Last updated' date.
