Help with the Shown Space app and website. Shown Space provides Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) stats and analytics.

Email shownspace.analytics@gmail.com and we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of days. Telling us your device, your app version (Settings → More → Version), and what you were doing when the problem happened makes it much faster to sort out.
Accounts and signing in
You can browse games, players, teams, and the playoff bracket without an account. An account is only needed to follow teams, receive notifications, and use StatChat. You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password. If you signed up by email and never received the confirmation link, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll confirm the account manually.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all its data from the app: More → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, followed teams, and notification settings. If you created an account on the website and don't use the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.
StatChat
StatChat answers questions about the UFA in plain language. It's free while in early access and enabled per account — if you see a 'request access' screen, email us and we'll turn it on. Answers are AI-generated and can be wrong, so check anything important against the stats pages. Every answer has a 'Report this answer' link if something looks off.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and off until you turn them on. You can change what you receive in the app under More → Account, and you can turn them off entirely in your device settings at any time.
Reporting a problem with the data
Our stats come from Ultimate Frisbee Association game data. If a number looks wrong, email us with the game, player, or team and what you expected to see — that kind of report is genuinely useful and we do chase them down.
